On 19 January 2004 videoconference for Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the President of Russia, and Yaroslavl Centre for telecommunications has taken place. The meeting has been devoted to opening of the new presidential site addressed to children. Students of Yaroslavl schools were the first, who could estimate the maintenance and design of the site.
