The Centre provides technical and information support of regional system of educational media broadcasting and videoconferences. This system offers every school of the region a unique way to participate in online lectures of leading experts, joint educational VC and professional Web seminars
During the videoconferencing teachers and schoolchildren can communicate "face to face" with other schools, scientists, professors of the higher school, experts of public services by means of visual communication
